<P>NOAA 0696 was the source of another major flare (X2.0 at 11/07/16:06 UT).
<BR> 0696 has decayed slightly with some of the largest umbra breaking apart, 
<BR> but its magnetic configuration remains a complex beta-gamma-delta. C- and
<BR> M-class events expected with the chance of another major flare. <BR>
