Dear RHESSI collaborators,

With NOAA 0696 now off the solar disc, activity is very low. Active region
NOAA 0700 is two simple beta regions in close proximity, with some small
regions of mixing. Some C-class events possible.

The position of NOAA 0700 on 13-Nov-2004 14:00 is:

N05W22, ( 363", 38" )
