Dear RHESSI collaborators,

NOAA 0713 has decayed slightly and was quiescent after the series of B-
and C-class events yesterday. The C1.8 event at 12/24/03:56 UT had its
source from a large spotless region in the SE (S23E42).

The position of NOAA 0713 on December 24 at 15:45 UT:
S08W15 (Solar X = 251", Solar Y = -101")
