Dear RHESSI collaborators,

Previous active region NOAA 10739 had decayed and no longer contains any
sunspots. Active region NOAA 10740 is a similar sized alpha region, with a
small chance of producing very low level events.

The position of NOAA 10740 on 03-Mar-2005 14:00 UT is:

S07W32, ( 511", -14" )
