<P>NOAA 0750 decayed overnight losing magnetic complexity.  Recently emerged
<BR> NOAA 0751 has increased sunspot count and area and magnetic complexity.
<BR> 0751 was the source of four B-class events today including the B8.2 at <BR>
04/09/12:22 UT.  B-class events expected with a slight chance of an <BR>
isolated C-class event before 0751 passes over the SW limb. <BR>
