<BR> <P>The target region, SW EFR,  developed and decayed very quickly <BR>
and is now spotless.  A small spotless region that rotated over the  <BR>
NE two days ago has developed sunspots and is the brightest on  <BR>
the disk today. The region has produced 5 B-class events including  <BR>
the B3.1 event at 7/23/10:56 UT.  Further B-class events are  <BR>
probable with a very slight chance of an isolated C-class event as well. <BR>
