Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Date: Sun, 4 Sep 2005 11:13:25 -0700

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

NOAA 0803 (N12W73) was the source of a C2.3 event
at 09/04/15:03 UT. This event was associated with the region's
large E-W filament *finally* erupting. Yesterday's target region,
805/806, has been decaying and quiescent since producing
the B6.1 event on 9/03. We will continue to observe the 805/806
target. NOAA 0805 is the single sunspotted plage on the disk.
Only very low level activity expected.

The visible disk is plageless from W20 (both northern
and southern hemispheres) all the way to the east limb.
Old NOAA 0798 (S13, Lo 225) is due to return on about 9/7.
0798 produced M-class activity and is the likely source of the
large backsided CMEs observed last week.

The position of NOAA 0805/0806 on September 04 at 12:40 UT:
S15W23 (Solar X = 361", Solar Y = -352")
