Old NOAA 0798 was the source of the X17 event at
09/07/17:40 UT. Further major flares expected.
At this time we are implementing Max Millennium Coordinated
Observing Plan 003 (Region Likely To Produce Major Flares).
The position of the SE limb target on September 07 at 07:00 UT:
S12E88 (Solar X = -931", Solar Y = -200")
