Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity continues extremely low. The X-ray background
has been at the A2 level, recently lowering to A1. NOAA
0810 has a simple beta magnetic configuration with only a round
quiescent leader sunspot. A-class events probable with the chance
of a B-class event.

The position of NOAA 0810 on September 28 at 13:30 UT:
N08W70 (Solar X = 892", Solar Y = 093")
