<P>Solar activity continues at a very low level.  NOAA 0812 <BR>
is now spotless.  The only sunspotted plage on the visible <BR>
disk emerged yesterday near disk center.  The region is <BR>
magnetically simple. Solar flare activity is expected to continue <BR>
at very low levels.  The background X-ray flux level is a very  <BR> steady A2.
