Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI collaborators,

NOAA 10814 is a large diffuse area of plage, which contains a number
of small spots. The region, which is probably the remnant of NOAA
10808, is currently classified as a beta region, and contains a long
filament which straddles its neutral line. There has been several
C-class events from the region over the past number of hours. Further
low-level activity expected, with a chance for an intermediate-level
event. A filament lift-off is likely to be associated with increased
flaring activity.

The position of NOAA 10814 12-Oct-2005 09:00 UT is:

S06W16, ( 264", -197" )
