Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Recently emerged NOAA 0836 continues in growth phase. 0836 was the source of two B-class and two C-class events today. A region located beyond the SE limb produced the C1.7 event at 12/13/21:47 UT. 0836 is expected to continue producing B- and C-class events and we will continue to monitor the east limb at S11 degrees for further activity.

The position of NOAA 0836 on December 14 at 14:00 UT: S10W47 (Solar X = 704", Solar Y = -159")

See http://www.solarmonitor.org/ for images and additional information and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
