<p>Target region, NOAA 0836, produced a few more
B-class events before it completely rotated over the 
SW limb at S09.  The new target will be the strong EFR
located in the SE quadrant (NOAA 0837).
<p>The position of NOAA 0837 on December 18 at 21:30 UT:
S10E09 (Solar X = -150&quot;, Solar Y = -146&quot;)
