Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The largest event yesterday was a C1.7 at 01/01/22:16 UT. Its source region was NOAA 0838 now beyond the NW limb. The EFR in the trailing portion of 0841/43 is still present, but is now decaying. B-class activity still possible.

The position of NOAA 0843 on January 2 at 17:00 UT: N12W24 (Solar X = 389", Solar Y = 252")
