<p>Solar activity increased slightly.  There were 5 A-class events
and 3 B-class events since the last message.  The source of
all the events was the SE limb region.  Further low-level
activity (including an isolated C-class event) expected from 
the SE limb target region.
<p>The position of the SE limb region on February 26 at 13:00 UT:
