Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Date: Mon, 27 Feb 2006 06:56:49 -0800

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The SE limb target region has rotated onto the disk. It is a plage in decay phase that appears to have only one small trailing polarity sunspot. The region produced a B3.1 event at 02/27/09:06 UT. A- and B-class events expected with a slight chance of an isolated C-class event as well.

The position of the target region on February 27 at 09:00 UT: S08E69 (Solar X = -897", Solar Y = -091")

See http://www.solarmonitor.org/ for images and additional information and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
