<p>NOAA 0901 has been in a slow decay phase, especially within the trailing 
sunspots, since July 25th.  A negative polarity pore emerged just NW of the 
leading positive polarity leader sunspot. 0901 was the source of 3 B-class 
events since the last message.  Additional low-level events are possible.
