Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The developing SE limb region was the source of 7 B-class events today. The largest was a B5.2 at 08/09/09:42 UT. The background X-ray flux is at the B1.5 level. A leader sunspot and bright H-alpha plage are now visible on the SE limb at S12. The region is too close to the limb to ascertain its magnetic configuration. B- and C-class events expected with a slight chance of an M-class event if the region continues to develop.

The position of the SE limb region on August 09 at 10:00 UT: S12E80 (Solar X = -913", Solar Y = -214")
