</address> <pre> </pre> <p> Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
<p>NOAA 0904 has significantly decayed losing its magnetic delta 
configuration.  The background X-ray flux has declined to the A9
level. The chance of an M-class event is now very low. 0904 
produced 7 B-class events since the last message.  Further
low-level events expected with only a slight chance of an M-class event.
