Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Date: Thu, 24 Aug 2006 09:45:09 -0400 (EDT)

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Our old cycle reversed polarity target region was mostly unchanged. A few tiny negative polarity pores have emerged around the large positive polarity leader sunspot. NOAA 0905 was the source of 3 B-class events since the last message. Additional B-class events expected with a slight chance of an isolated C-class event.

The position of NOAA 0905 on August 24 at 13:00 UT: S08E39 (Solar X = -593", Solar Y = -221")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
