Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Date: Thu, 7 Sep 2006 10:16:16 -0400 (EDT)

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

There are three sunspot groups on the sun. The large leader sunspot in NOAA 0908 was the source of a B-class event today. Both NOAA 0907 and 0909 increased in sunspot area and count with 0909 developing faster and therefore will become the new target today. 0909 produced a B-class event late in the UT day yesterday. Further low-level activity from 0909 is expected. An isolated C-class event is possible from any of the three sunspotted regions.

The position of NOAA 0909 on September 07 at 13:30 UT: S08E17 (Solar X = -276", Solar Y = -246")
