<p>NOAA 0923 has completly rotated beyond the west limb.  The new target
will be centered on NOAA 0924 and 0925.  Both regions are in decay stage.  
0925 has a tiny sunspot pore and 0924 is spotless. Only A- and B-class activity possible.
