Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

NOAA 0933 is mostly unchanged and has been quiescent. 0933 is the return of magnetically complex and very active NOAA 0930. Its current magnetic configuration is an old cycle reversed polarity beta classification. A C class event is possible with only about a 5% chance of an isolated M-class event.

The position of NOAA 0933 on January 02 at 14:00 UT: S05E44 (Solar X = -677", Solar Y = -046")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
