Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar flare activity continues at very low levels. NOAA 0933 added a few negative polarity satellite spots located just NW of its large positive polarity leader sunspot. There is a very slight chance of an isolated C-class event. A small reversed polarity region located at S13E13 emerged late yesterday.

The position of NOAA 0933 on January 08 at 14:30 UT: S05W36 (Solar X = 573", Solar Y = -032")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
