Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Quiet sun conditions prevail. The background X-ray flux continues below the A-class level. Solar activity is expected to be very low. We'll continue to watch the spotless decaying plage (NOAA 0949) and its associated filament.

The position of 0949 on April 08 at 12:30 UT: N10W75 (Solar X = 913", Solar Y = 192")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
