<p>Quiet Sun conditions prevail.  Solar activity is expected to be
very low.  The target is a small spotless plage. The filament
that was located just S-SW of the plage became active and disappeared
yesterday.  <p>The position of the target region on April 13 at 07:00 UT:
S13E57 (Solar X = -784&quot;, Solar Y = -163&quot;)
