<p>At this time we are implemening Max Millennium Coordinated
Observing Plan 003 (Region Likely To Produce Major Flares).
NOAA 0960 was the source of an M7.0 event today at 02:12 UT.
0960 maintains its complex beta-gamma-delta magnetic configuration.
More M-class events expected with the chance of an X-class event as well.
