Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Date: Thu, 5 Jul 2007 09:52:35 -0400 (EDT)

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The active region formerly known as NOAA 0962 appears to have been the source of the recent A9.8 event. However, the target for the JOP 178 campaign shall continue to be the alpha region NOAA 0961. This region still retains its dominant leader spot and has remained largely unchanged over the past 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 0961 on 5-Jul-2007 13:03 UT is:

S09W52, ( 736", -181" )

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
