<p>Target region, NOAA 0963, added some minor mixed polarity flux within
its intermediate portion.  0963 produced serveral C-class events
since the last message.  C-class activity expected with the chance
of an M-class event as well. <p>The position of NOAA 0963 on July 9 at 13:00 UT:
