Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

NOAA 0963 continues in decay phase - the large leader spot is breaking up and all of its intermediate spots have disappeared along with most of its trailing spots. B-class events possible with only a slight chance of an isolated C-class event.

The position of NOAA 0963 on July 16 at 13:00 UT: S06W35 (Solar X = 540", Solar Y = -158")
