Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Date: Mon, 23 Jul 2007 10:25:07 -0400 (EDT)

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The current solar disk is very quiet. Solar activity is very low and is expected to remain very low. The background X-ray flux is very flat below the A1 level. The target filament disappeared. A possible new target is a plage located behind the east limb at about S05. No significant activity expected.

The position of the east limb target on July 23 at 13:00 UT: S05E90 (Solar X = -941", Solar Y = -083)

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
