Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

NOAA 0970 was the source of the B3.0 event at 09/09/00:19 UT. 0970 is now located behind the SW limb. The visible solar disk is spotless and plageless. There are currently no regions with the potential to produce a flare. The new target is the interesting large filament located in the NE.

The position of the filament on September 09 at 11:15 UT: N48E55 (Solar X = -523", Solar Y = 658")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
