Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity is very low and is expected to continue very low. Target region, NOAA 0971, has decayed significantly and is now spotless. There is only a very slight chance of a minor event from 0971 today.

The position of NOAA 0971 on October 01 at 13:30 UT: N02W27 (Solar X = 436", Solar Y = -066")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
