<p>NOAA 0971 was the source of the B1.3 event at 10/05/23:07 UT.
The target region is a recently emerged beta region located near
sun center.  Only minor events expected.
<p>The position of the target on October 06 at 15:30 UT:
S05W03 (Solar X = 050&quot;, Solar Y = -191&quot;)
