<p>The target region - a tiny decaying old cycle plage has faded into
the background network field.  The visible solar disk is extremely
quiet.  The new target is a filament located in the northern polar
crown zone.  No significant events expected today.
<p>The position of the target on February 13 at 14:30 UT:
