Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Date: Thu, 14 Feb 2008 11:37:37 -0500 (EST)

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The visible solar disk maintains its solar minimum condition. The target segment of the northern polar crown filament appears to have disappeared. The target will switch back to the tiny decaying old cycle plage. No significant solar activity expected today.

The position of the target on February 14 at 14:45 UT: N02W27 (Solar X = 443", Solar Y = 136")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
