<p>Solar minimum conditions prevail with the visible solar disk nearly
blank.  The target will switch to a quiescent filament/prominence
rotating onto the visible disk in the northern polar crown zone.
No significant solar activity expected today.
<p>The position of the target on February 17 at 15:00 UT:
