Date: Sun, 17 Feb 2008 11:47:04 -0500 (EST)

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar minimum conditions prevail with the visible solar disk nearly blank. The target will switch to a quiescent filament/prominence rotating onto the visible disk in the northern polar crown zone. No significant solar activity expected today.

The position of the target on February 17 at 15:00 UT: N50E70 (Solar X = -587", Solar Y = 765")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
