Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Date: Sat, 23 Feb 2008 11:59:18 -0500 (EST)

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity is very low and is expected to continue at a very low level. Filament segments within the northern polar crown zone continue to slowly disappear. The target will switch to the leading portion of the return of old NOAA 0982 rotating over the SE limb. No significant events expected today.

The position of the target on February 23 at 15:00 UT: S09E78 (Solar X = -938", Solar Y = -126")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
