Date: Mon, 25 Feb 2008 11:38:03 -0500 (EST)

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity is very low and is expected to continue at a very low level. The target is the extended decaying plage located in the SE quadrant. This region is the combined return of old NOAA 0980 and old NOAA 0982. The target position is near the magnetic inversion line between the leading and trailing plage polarities.

The position of the target on February 25 at 05:30 UT: S09E67 (Solar X = -883", Solar Y = -104")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
