<p>Solar activity is low.  The EFR target, now numbered NOAA 0984, is
a small region with a beta magnetic classification. There is a 
slight chance of an isolated A-class event from 0984 before  west limb passage. 
<p>The position of NOAA 0984 on March 06 at 15:00 UT:
