Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Date: Fri, 28 Mar 2008 10:41:39 -0400 (EDT)

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

NOAA 10989 has continued to decay and is unlikely to produce any further activity. At this time the target region shall change to NOAA 10988 which has produced several B-class events over the past few days and remains the more dominant region on the solar disc. Good chance for further B-level activity with possibility of a C-class flare.

The position of NOAA 10988 on 28-Mar-2008 14:00 UT is:

S09E12, ( -198", -41" )

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
