Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Date: Mon, 12 May 2008 09:20:24 -0400 (EDT)

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity has increased due to the presence of a new active region just behind the eastern limb. There have been several A-class events within the past 24 hours with larger events expected as the region rotates on to the disk.

The approximate position of the target region on 12-May-2008 13:00 UT is:

S07E90, ( -943", -115" )

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
