Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The level of solar activity continues to be extremely low. The target is a filament that recently rotated over the SE limb. No significant solar acivity expected today.

The position of the target on September 16 at 11:15 UT: S27E78 (Solar X = -833", Solar Y = -452")
