Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity has increased somewhat with the emergence of a small Cycle 24 region with a beta magnetic configuration. The region produced an A2.3 event at 12/10/08:28 UT. Additional small events possible.

The position of the EFR target on December 10 at 13:30 UT: S25W53 (Solar X = 707", Solar Y = -409")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
