<p>Solar activity has increased somewhat with the emergence of
a small Cycle 24 region with a beta magnetic configuration.
The region produced an A2.3 event at 12/10/08:28 UT.  Additional
small events possible.  
<p>The position of the EFR target on December 10 at 13:30 UT:
S25W53 (Solar X = 707&quot;, Solar Y = -409&quot;)
