Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The newly emerged Cycle 23 region in the southwest quadrant has been designated NOAA 11011. It is a region of weak bipolar plage with a low probability of producing any activity.
The position of NOAA 11011 on 20-Jan-2009 14:00 UT is:
S12W33, ( 521", -131" )
