<p>Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
<p>Solar activity is very low.  The visible solar disk is extremely quiescent.
The target is a tiny bright non-spot bipolar plage.  No significant change
in solar activity expected anytime soon.
<p>The position of the target on March 19 at 13:00 UT:
