<p>Although solar conditions remain low, there are two small bright
regions in the northern hemisphere - an emerging region near the east
limb, and old region NOAA 11025. Some A-class events possible from
either, with 11025 the more likely candidate.
<p>The position of this region on  6-Sep-2009 11:30 UT is:
