<p>Solar activity returns to very low levels with both active regions in
decay. At this time the target region shall revert back to NOAA 1026
which contains a small filament channel and an extensive loop system.
Some residual low-level activity expected.
<p>The position of NOAA 1026 on 28-Sep-2009 13:00 UT is:
