MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity is extremely low. The visible solar disk is very quiescent with no change expected anytime soon. The target is the SW limb at the location of the west limb passage of two decaying plages. Deep solar minimum conditions prevail.

The position of the target on October 06 at 12:00UT is: S28W86 (Solar X = -845", Solar Y = -455")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Regards,
