MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The visible solar disk is spotless. The northern portion of the target region's plage filament has disappeared. The target will continue to be the decaying region and the remaining southern portion of its plage filament. There is a small bright compact region at N19E75 that, at this time, appears to be spotless. The level of solar activity is expected to continue at a very low level.

The position of the target on October 22 at 09:30 UT is: S30W55 (Solar X = 686", Solar Y = -525")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
